I am a trained beauty therapist, Biosculpture, Elim and OPI nail technician and a member of the Federation of Nail Professionals. I specialise in manicures and pedicures and Sienna X spray tans. I believe in a holistic approach when it comes to beauty and I provide aftercare and treatment advice which reflects that. I love educating my clients about products and after care, as they are such an important part of the holistic approach. Regular manicures and pedicures achieve better results if after care is carried out at home. It can be just as simple as drinking more water, taking off make up at night or using a good hand cream or cuticle oil.
At &pause I want to ensure my clients relax in a safe, professional and calm environment. I like to talk through treatment choices with my clients and I will always give my honest professional opinion. I enjoy getting to know my clients and what they like, and perhaps provide options they wouldn't necessarily chose themselves (a touch of nail art or a bolder colour).
When I'm not working in the studio I also work for a disabled children's community interest company, PlayWise Learning. I am also a wife to a hard working husband (who runs his own business), mum to 5 wonderful grown up boys and nan to 2 gorgeous grandsons and the most beautiful granddaughter.
